Windows 10 November 2019 Update

The Windows 10 November 2019 Update (a.k.a. Version 1909) has been released to Windows Insiders. For details on what’s new for Version 1909, see Microsoft Docs.

The key thing to note about this particular update is that there is no new Windows 10 SDK for Build 18363. You should continue to use the existing Windows 10 SDK (10.0.18362). See this blog post for more information.
